I have come across a site that offers to compare bad credit offers of some of the well known offers in the internet today. Bad credit loans ios like a very bad degenerative disease that slowly eats up your financial stability before you know it.

I actually went over their personal loans page and i think they were very comprehensive enough to list some of the offers and whats best is that they are listing highlghts of each program being listed. Where else can you find a better deal?

Yes, you got it right. This blog is featuring some great outfits to make you look like the celebrity you adore (Not when they are sick of course). I just found this site that features lots of product lines including one of my very favorite, seven for all mankind. This is like an online boutique that offers a great variety of pants shirts, jeans, hoods, belts or anything that gets you "pimped" so to say.

I actually ventured into their website and liked their collection of nudie jeans. Wait a minute, do you know what is a nudie? Its a pants that is tight enough to get girls magnetized towards you. Well, flaunting is the in thing today i believe.

Generally, my favorite feature about this site is its unique "consult-an-expert" service wherein you can ask an expert what would be best for you to buy and what colors matches what. The things that you normally ask your girlfriends about? They have it, so I should say i recommend it to you guys. Check them out and you might just find the look you always wanted. Let me guess, is it eminem's hoody? or perhaps will smith's blazer? or if not, ben affleck's tight fit shirts. They got it and all you have to do is pick one that you think suites you well. Happy shopping guys!

Halle Berry, the babe we popularly know as one of the hottest celebrities today has been diagnosed of Type 1 Diabetes since early in her career. Personally, she came to my liking when she had a role in one of the James Bond Movies i used to see some years ago but before we go out of topic, let us dwell on what her disease is all about.

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that kills the beta cells of the pancreas which is responsible for making the hormone insulin. When one person is said to be Type 1 diabetic, it means that he or she lacks this hormone which is very helpful in regulating the sugar level in the body. We hear different stories related to this disease but it is often not enough to know how it really feels to be a diabetic. You have to carefully watch what you eat, you need to abide to exercise schedules and the most difficult of all is the drug regimen and artificial hormone admininstrations that is very easy to loose patience with, thats why its not very uncommon to meet people who prefer to die early than follow this rather difficult lifestyle.

Halle Berry now is faced with a difficult situation but with the money she is making, I dont think she is going to have a hard time dealing with it. At least not in a few years.

I have posted britney's sickness some time ago but this is not in any way related to the topic. I just felt like posting about it on this blog. Afterall, shes a "sick celebrity" in some if not every sense of the word.

Would you ever imagine, Britney Spears would ever include the country "Philippines" on her lyrics? Well, i never did too. After all, how many countries has she ever mentioned in one of her other songs? I guess none.

The song went on like this. . .

“I’m Miss American Dream since I was 17
Don’t matter if I step on the scene
Or sneak away to the Philippines
They still got pictures of my derrière in the magazine
You want a piece of me?
You want a piece of me…”

From this statement, you can have an impression that britney dont know much about the Philippines and is thinking about sneaking to it like its a getaway island or something. If im asked about this? Why not?! Come to the Philippines Britney, and well show you why life is worth living for in spite of all your problems (Just dont spend so much time on Mindanao.lol)

I wonder why in the world is Philippines becoming such a controversial word on Hollywood nowadays (remember desperate housewives?). Is this a bad sign or a good sign for Filipinos? Well, only time will tell. Lets find out. ;)

Heres the Complete Lyrics of the Song:

Diabetes is one of the most widespread diseases on the world today. Its so common, even our beloved celebrities are not spared from this sickness.

The blue ring above is now the international symbol of diabetes much like the red ribbon is to aids. It has not been internationally accepted just yet because it lacks the media exposure to enable awareness and understanding about the disease. So, this post is in contribution to the efforts of everyone involved.

Some Quick Facts About Diabetes:
Diabetes mellitus, often simply diabetes, is a syndrome characterized by disordered metabolism and inappropriately high blood sugar (hyperglycaemia) resulting from either low levels of the hormone insulin or from abnormal resistance to insulin's effects coupled with inadequate levels of insulin secretion to compensate. The characteristic symptoms are excessive urine production (polyuria), excessive thirst and increased fluid intake (polydipsia), and blurred vision; these symptoms may be absent if the blood sugar is mildly elevated.

The World Health Organization recognizes three main forms of diabetes mellitus: type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes (occurring during pregnancy), which have similar signs, symptoms, and consequences, but different causes and population distributions. Ultimately, all forms are due to the beta cells of the pancreas being unable to produce sufficient insulin to prevent hyperglycemia. Type 1 diabetes is usually due to autoimmune destruction of the pancreatic beta cells, which produce insulin. Type 2 diabetes is characterized by insulin resistance in target tissues, but some impairment of beta cell function is necessary for its development. Gestational diabetes is similar to type 2 diabetes, in that it involves insulin resistance; the hormones of pregnancy can cause insulin resistance in women genetically predisposed to developing this condition.

Gestational diabetes typically resolves with delivery of the child, however types 1 and 2 diabetes are chronic conditions. All types have been treatable since insulin became medically available in 1921. Type 1 diabetes, in which insulin is not secreted by the pancreas, is directly treatable only with injected or inhaled insulin, although dietary and other lifestyle adjustments are part of management. Type 2 may be managed with a combination of dietary treatment, tablets and injections and, frequently, insulin supplementation. While insulin was originally produced from natural sources such as porcine pancreas, most insulin used today is produced through genetic engineering, either as a direct copy of human insulin, or human insulin with modified molecules that provide different onset and duration of action. Insulin can also be delivered continuously by a pump surgically embedded under the skin. Source : Wikipedia

That's it guys, stay tuned for more lists and celebrities with illnesses. if you got any questions, comments or whatever, contact me through the top menu.

Have you ever encountered anyone in your life who just never seem to have any sign of "articulate gift". It would seem like the moment when God distributed the gift-of-words, they were still at their own bed dreaming about Pamela Anderson or something. Well, dont look now, they might just have Dyslexia.

Now is the part where i give a thing or two about the disease, im planning to skip this part so i can get some sleep but i want you guys to learn something from me everyday so what the hell, here it goes. Dyslexia is a neurological disorder, specifically a language learning disorder and even more specifically, difficulty in reading or writing. I should make it clear that dyslexics (people with dyslexia) are different from people who are really, naturally dumb and stupid. They exhibit the same intellectual qualities as their age groups or maybe even higher for some. The problem is, they just are having a hard time comprehending written language. Some examples of this is the confusion between the letters p,b,q and d; a dyslexic might also interchange letters like "does" is spelled into "dose" and even more interesting, they omit vowels such as "magic" is spelled as "mjc". One thing is for certain, these are not the ones you see in spelling competitions. In addition, they also perform very poorly in mathematics so they tend to compensate whatever is left of them like sports, drama (celebrities are dyslexics) and more.

I have to say that there are alot of Celebrities and Famous people with dyslexia but they have very good abilities to hide them from the public and much more, even if properly diagnosed, only some would be very honest enough to disclose it to the public. I found this list from robbrink.com and i thought it would be very nice to post it down here. Here they are :

  • Tom Cruise—Do you think he has trouble reading Dianetics?
  • Cher—I wonder if her plastic surgeon has Dyslexia too.
  • Bruce Jenner—He was a jock, what else do you expect?
  • Noel Ghallager (of Oasis)—Crazy that a guy who can’t spell can write songs that make millions of dollars.
  • Scott Adams (The guy who draws Dilbert the comic)—I guess that’s why he draws instead of writes.
  • Whoopi Goldberg—You could have a lot of fun misspelling her name. “Goldie Poohberg!”
  • Leonardo Da Vinci—The Mona Lisa was so famous that he didn’t need to know how to spell.
  • Michaelangelo—You have to be screwed up to want to paint the ceiling of a church for years anyway.
  • Thomas Edison—Would you fly a kite during a thunderstorm?
  • Albert Einstein —He was a dyslexic vegetarian. I wonder if he ever confused tofu for real meat.
  • Carl Lewis—Another jock.

I slept pretty late last night just watching Charmed. Well, any guy could easily spend the night out watching simultaneous series of Charmed for that matter. On my third episode, i snapped out an idea about posting about someone in the series on this blog. I did my research here and there and well, its time to give it out to you.

Shannen Doherty or popularly known as Prue Halliwell in the series is both an actress and a director. She gained enough recognition by playing the role of Brenda Walsh in another hit series, Beverly Hills 90210, and as a sidenote trivia, this series made Beverly Hills the most famous zip code in the US. Moving on, she had a couple of personal issues to deal with - violence. She got herself into several night club fights both with non-celebrities and celebrities. Let me tell you, she punched Tara Reid right in the face when Reid was so drunk and she fell near her. Oh boy! ive got another idea for the next post. lol

So much so with her personal life, now lets move on to her disease. Crohn's disease is a chronic, episodic, inflammatory condition of the gastro-intertinal tract characterized by transmural inflammation (affecting the entire wall of the involved bowel) and skip lesions (areas of inflammation with areas of normal lining between). Crohn's disease is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract from mouth to anus; as a result, the symptoms of Crohn's disease vary between affected individuals. The main gastrointestinal symptoms are abdominal pain or constipation, and weight loss. Crohn's disease can also cause complications outside of the gastrointestinal tract such as skin rashes, arthritis, and inflammation of the eye. source: Wikipedia

She got her fame onot only from acting and directing talents but also for her brawling abilities. But on this blog, when we talk about Crohn's Disease, she is definitely the undisputed champion of Hollywood.

Do you know someone who is very energetic, very lively, is the life of the party but is inattentive at times and generally irritable? Well, now you have a reference to diagnose him or her of ADHD.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or commonly known as ADHD is a neurological in nature and affects 5% of the world's population. Thats alot of people i tell you. It is believed that is is genetically caused and it has a 75% chance it can be passed on to the next generation. It is most apparent in children but 60% of the time, it can be carried to adulthood although symptoms would be more subtle. Treatment include some medications, therapies, behavioral adjustments and some counseling. Who could be included on this list? You got your picks already? Well, keep them with you still, im not done with my introduction. I do believe there is no way Nat "King" Cole or Frank Sinatra would be on this list, that would be very ironic.

Well, for the list of Celebritites and Famous People I have to say i had a smile on my face going over them because these are mainly the people that entertains us. Majority of these guys are actors of both comedy and action and also the athletes. Here they are:

Britney has transformed herself from an acceptable and tolerable young lad (i didnt like her that much) to something outrageously naughty. This "My Prerogative", vagina-showing and used-to-be-bald pop-icon has been the content of all the gossip columns, paparazzi photos and internet searches. But what is that very known to everyone is that Britney Spears is Sick with Bulimia.

This is not actually new but she got into trouble more times imaginable that people dont ever talk about her illness anymore. Yes, you better thank god this Celebrity Diseases Blog is existing. Anyways, when she had her rehabilitation for quite sometime, the doctors were given the most precious time to observe and assess Britney Spears from head to foot, upside-down and inside up and eventually, they discovered she has been hiding her Eating Disorder called Bulimia Nervosa or commonly known as Bulimia.

This is also a psychological disease that is characterized by binge eating (voracious eating episodes) which is followed by feelings of guilt and depression for eating that much and as a consequence, a person suffering from Bulimia results to purging (or forced vomiting), unnecessary medications, laxatives, enemas and alot more. Think of it as the guilt feeling of buying jeans you thought is very cool and all that but you soon realize, its a bell-bottom that the beatles were using that wipes city streets clean. Well, that maybe a bit exaggerated but you get my point. Moving on, it turns out that Spears has been trouble by this disease condition for almost a decade. This gave doctors a hard time since everytime she swallows medicine, it would eventually end up on the toilet after she vomits it.

Now, you ever wondered why Britney never got those flabby fats? Well, theres one reason for you. So, the next time you envy someone who never seem to fatten, now you have an excuse. "Its better to be eccentric than to be bulimic". Too bad Britney is both. lol!

Following my post about Muhammad Ali, I wanted to follow it up with Michael J Fox because somehow, i think Parkinson's Disease likes to invade the rich and famous.

I personally knew Michael J Fox from Back to the future trilogy. I just loved every minute of it and i wouldnt mind watching the 3 movies again if i come across the opportunity. For those who dont know Micheal J Fox, ill be glad to give you a little glimpse about him.

He is a canadian/american film and television actor who is most famous for his roles as Marty McFly from the Back To The Future Trilogy (1985-1990); Alex Keaton from Family Ties (1982-1989), for which he won three Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe Award ; and Mike Flaherty from Spin CIty (1996-2000), for which he won an Emmy, three Golden Globes, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1991, and disclosed his condition to the public in 1998. As the symptoms of his disease worsened, he retired from full-time acting in 2000.

Watch Michael J Fox with his support to Stem Cell Research and while displaying the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. He just proves to everyone that his disease is not a hindrance to anything. Anything at all!

What's my take about Michael's illness? I really think this guy is brave and determined. Why? He never let Parkinson's Disease destroy his career. He starred in numerous films and series after his diagnosis in 1991 and earned bigtime awards and recognitions. He even made a book about his experiences with Parkinson's entitled The Lucky Man and since it was released, it was given international recognition. He also founded the Michael J Fox Foundation which is aimed at advancing stem cell research which scientists believe would eliminate Parkinson's Disease. Visit the website here.

Syphilis. A word we all brand as disgusting and very controversial but do we really know what it is? Well, i would be very pleased to share a thing or two about what i know about it.

Its generally a sexually transmitted disease or STD and it is most common is urban areas where promiscuity is a necessity like the metropolitan cities and downtown areas. It is caused by Treponema Spirochete, something i totally forgot about. lol Anyways, it can also be transmitted at birth or when a baby is delivered from a syphilis-positive mother. Hell, no way the famous people and celebrities with syphilis that im going to disclose are using this as an excuse. haha!

Well, so much for my ado, i know youre just after the names and not the technicality of the disease so here are the names i found out that was proven and some were allegedly syphilis-positive.

Al Capone, American Gangster in chicago nicknamed "the scarface"

About His Disease : HIV AIDS

HIV is a virus, specifically a retrovirus, that can lead to Acquired ImmunoDeficiency Syndrome or AIDS. It is transmitted primarily by transfer of body fluids such as semen, blood, breast milk, or even vaginal fluids. I would like to stress here that HIV technically does not kill the victim but it just result to compromised immune system leading to major diseases. Thus, its safe to say that HIV is more of a triggering factor to its victims.

It is most common in Africa where 18million victims has been infected since the disease first took note in 1981. Its primary cause is due to unprotected sex or sharing of needles by drug users. In this case, Magic Johnson admits he used to practice unprotected sex prior to his disease that eventually devastated his career.

Where is Magic Johnson now?

Magic is now a successful businessman and CEO of his company named Magic Johnson Theaters that is stationed all across the USA. He also has a starbucks franchise opened in his hometown. Furthermore, he is a big advocate of safe sex and awareness for HIV AIDS movements.

Alzheimer's Disease is a degenerative brain process that produces, usually slowly over time, dementia or senility. It is also known as senile dementia. The brain is disrupted from the way it normally works -- mental function becomes impaired -- and the patient's memory, ability to think clearly and sometimes the patient's language is impaired.

The causes of Alzheimer's are still not known -- but we do know that the disease produces physical change in the brain. There is shrinking in some areas and widening in the others. When the brain shrinks or widens, connections inside the brain are broken, causing disruption of the electrical signals in the brain.

Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia -- it is estimated that between 5% to 10% of the U.S. population over 65 will experience some kind of dementia -- and half of these cases can be attributed to Alzheimer's. The average duration of this disease is 8--12 years and while the incidence of getting it increases with age, usually affecting those over 65, Alzheimer's in a more rapidly progressing form can affect adults in their late 30s and early 40s as well.

This disease is thought to be inherited in the majority of cases, though it does not mean that because either a mother or father has it that the child will automatically develop it.

Alzheimer's is the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S. for adults, meaning that millions of people are affected by this disease.

Who could ever ignore a sports figure that shaped the term "boxing" into a whole new level? A three-time world heavyweight champion, the recipient of numerous humanitarian citations, a moslem believer and the ever animated persona, Muhammad Ali, aka Cassius Clay is now 65 years old, can barely move or talk and suffering from a chronic and degenerative Parkinson's Disease.

All About Ali and Parkinson's Disease

Just seven years after his historic fight nicknamed Thrilla in Manila in 1975, Muhammad Ali was diagnosed of Parkinson's Disease by his neurologist. Its a disease that attacks neurotransmitters of the central nervous system that is responsible for movement, balance and coordination of body movements. Once diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, patients like Muhammad Ali will have it for life. There is no cure for the disease because once a neuron is damaged, it can never regenerate like the human skin for instance. It progresses from slow body movements or bradykinesia, slurred speech and uncontrollable tremors. Furthermore, Parkinson's Disease also manifests mood alteration symptoms such as anxiety or depression. A patient's caregiver would have to deal with these problems patiently and rigorously to help increase the patient's self-esteem which technically speaking, is the most important thing to remember. Lonnie Ali, Muhammad Ali's wife has just started a campaign in educating caregivers of patients with Parkinson's Disease. You can find more about it in the campaign website FightForMore.

Where is Muhammad Ali now?

He is now under the direct care of his fourth wife, lonnie, and he says that each day is a challenge that is making him ever determined to win it. Talk about determination, he is none other than the epitome of every sense of the word. As recently as January this year, they moved to Jefferson county where they purchased a home for a little more than a million dollars. He is now devoting his time for humanitarian efforts and propagating islam faith.

We all knew her from the ever popular series, Baywatch, she got into the sexy image as a model for Playboy and dozens of other magazines, made it to a gazillion cover pages and well, her famous celebrity sex tape even got her too much attention. But fame is not a privilege for diseases and she is one very good example. This doll named non-other than Pamela Anderson has been diagnosed of Hepatitis C.

She claims she got it from her ex-husband, co-maker of the famous sextape, and former drummer of a rock band, Tommy Lee through a shared needle while making their tattoo together. Now this made me wonder, how in the world can two VERY rich personalities share the same needle? Well, its for them to know and for us to find out. And about tattoo? My strong guess is the one that is designed as a tattoo ring on each of the couple's left ring finger. Maybe, just maybe, because of this togetherness blah blahs that she got this disease. What a defamer.

Just a brief background on Hepatitis C that Pamela Anderson is suffering, its a disease that is spread through body fluids or in this case, sharps or needles and sexual contact but its rare. People infected with this disease is not manifesting any of the signs and symptoms which make it very hard to find out. Another fact worth noting is that Hepatitis C does not have any vaccine yet available so its spread can be fatal.

So, what could happen to Ms. Pamela Anderson? She has to have regular check-ups from the doctor and watch her liver because Hepatitis C is just a liver-destroyer that it only takes weeks to permanently disable its functions.
